Women’s Health Cover Star for January/February 2013:

TV’s Emily VanCamp (Revenge) is on the cover of Women’s Health and um…  I read and reread this interview several times and just can’t pull anything out of it that feels noteworthy. Sorry gang, but sometimes I read just too many of these damn things and they all start to sound the same. (Emily does look great if that is helpful to any of you?)

Let’s just move on, shall we?

So what else is in the January/February issue of Women’s Health

And now the rest of the best of this issue of Women’s Health:

  • “9 Ways to Live Your Best Life” Women’s Health shows how just making one lifestyle change can make a big difference in the quality of your life after just one month!
  • “Melanoma” Please stop using tanning beds, people! (Confession time—I use them from time to time and know that I need to stop. Someone out there—please make stop tanning!?)
  • “Sleep Before You’re Dead” A good night’s sleep in essential to good health. Here are some tips to make you get in some zzzz’s.
  • “Be a Fitness Warrior” Women’s Health talked to actress Cynthia Addai-Robinson on how she gets in shape for her rather sexy show (Spartacus.)

Overall Grade:

B+ I really enjoyed the articles and features in this issue (just wasn’t too jazzed about the cover interview.) Otherwise, good work Women’s Health!
