This week, we jump right in with talk of Al Franken’s resignation, John Hockenberry, Leonard Lopate, Bryan Singer, Lorin Stein, and sadly, a few others. But it’s the holidays, so the neighbors try to brighten the mood with recent movie reviews–THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI and LADYBIRD. One neighbors liked her movie; the other didn’t. Guess which is which! We have shout-outs to listeners and a friend of the pod recommendation (Thanks, Josie!).
