This week’s Creep is considered one of America’s first serial killers with anywhere from a couple of dozen to over 200 victims depending on your source. He was a thief, liar, schemer, forger, bigamist, and a killer of men, women, and children whose many deeds were described in the book The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson. None other than Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese are the producers of a HULU -TV production set to air sometime in 2022.
