This episode discusses the dark worlds behind Little Red Riding Hood, The Little Mermaid, and Hansel and Gretel. The sanitized versions of these fairy tales we share today keep only hints of these origins, but the eerie stories lurking beneath the surface remind us that fairy tales weren’t always about happy endings.
